Division 1 — Local Charity
Strengthening Communities at Home
PCCDC's Local Charity division works to strengthen individuals, families, and communities in Hampton, Virginia and the surrounding region through seven interconnected program areas — PCCDC THRIVES™.
Our Local Charity Mission
Prime Concepts CDC believes that strong communities are built one person, one family, and one neighborhood at a time. Our Local Charity programs address the interconnected challenges that prevent individuals and families from achieving stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term well-being.
"We don't just address symptoms. We work to change conditions."
PCCDC is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. EIN: 42-2737019. Qualifying charitable contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
PCCDC THRIVES™
Seven Pillars. One Mission. Stronger Communities.
